商品代金以外の必要料金：
●配送料
販売価格とは別に配送料をいただきます。
(通常配送）
関東・関西・東北・信越・北陸・東海 1配送先につき 880円
中国・四国 1配送先につき 1,100円
北海道・九州 1配送先につき 1,300円
沖縄 1配送先につき 1,400円
※20,000円以上のお買い上げで送料無料（沖縄・離島除く）となります。
一部離島へのお届けについては別途費用が発生する場合があります。その場合は、お客様のご承諾の上配送料金の調整をさせていただきます。
●代引き手数料
宅配会社様への代金引換（COD）をご利用いただく場合の「代金引換手数料」はお客様負担となります。
代金引換手数料は「支払合計金額」によって異なります。
1万円未満：330円
1万円以上～3万円未満：440円
3万円以上～10万円未満：660円
10万円以上～30万円まで：1,100円
●配達会社様へのお支払いは現金のみとなります。
●「支払合計金額」は上記代引き手数料を含めた金額です。
●ご注文金額が50,000円以上の場合、先払いをお願いする場合がございます。
●長期ご不在等の理由で受け取りが出来ず、配達会社様の保管期間が過ぎてしまった場合は、商品は当店まで返却となります。その場合の往復の送料、代引き手数料はお客様のご負担となりますこと予めご了承ください。
商品の引渡時期：
ご注文を受けてから7日以内にお届けいたします。
※お客様のご都合の長期不在などで宅配会社様の保管期間が過ぎ、当店に返却された場合の再配達は着払いとさせていただきます。
配送会社：
基本ヤマト運輸です。ケースは少ないですが配達地域の状況により、日本郵便・佐川急便でも発送する場合があります。
返品・不良品・キャンセルについて:
イメージ違いや個体差等の理由による返品、交換は基本的には受け付けておりませんので予めご了承ください。当店で扱う商品は手作り品が多く、個々に個体差があり、作り手側と当店での検品を通った商品を販売しております。（個体差が気になる場合は、実際にお届けする商品を発送前にメール等でお送りすることも出来ますのでご連絡ください。）例外として当店が判断し、返品を受け付けた場合には、返送料金はお客様都合による返品につきましてはお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。お客様都合の長期不在などで宅配会社様の保管期間が過ぎ、当店に返却された場合や、受け取り拒否、発送後キャンセルの場合には、往復送料、代引き手数料をご購入者様に請求させていただきます。（送料無料の場合も含む）尚、配送中の破損・不良品・発送商品の間違いなどが理由の場合は当店にて送料を負担させて頂きます。**破損、不良品の場合は現物とお届けした箱の保管をしていただくようお願い致します。
返品期限：
商品到着後7日以内とさせていただきます。
海外発送（日本国外）は上記の規定にはあてはまりません。

Overseas Shipping 海外発送
We will send it by EMS (Express Mail Service) mainly but it may choice by courier (DHL) in case more suitable for your area. Delivery fee will be calculated according to the weight and country / region. Total weight must be including much packing materials and the carton box to protect your items for long journey. So., those weight 1~2kg add to your products weight = Total weight. Please understand we will try do our best to deliver to you by safety.
Some specified countries, areas are available to purchase by online directly.

*If your places like Islands, remote areas where necessary extra delivery fees by delivery company or your items need to pack over several boxes., we may contact you adjust your shopping fees just in case.
