Yutaka Ito, a pottery maker in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture. He told me, ``Each person has different lifestyles, ways of thinking, and values. In order to express a texture that is not found in mass-produced products, we use coarse soil that easily reveals iron powder of various sizes. It is a warm vessel that allows you to enjoy the texture of the earthenware.
