Free shipping (excluding Okinawa and remote islands) for purchases of 20,000 yen or more .

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to some remote islands. In that case, we will adjust the shipping fee with your consent.

●Cash-on-delivery fee If you use cash-on-delivery (COD) to a courier company, you will be responsible for the "cash-on-delivery fee".
The cash on delivery fee varies depending on the "total payment amount".

Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen
10,000 yen or more to less than 30,000 yen: 440 yen
30,000 yen or more to less than 100,000 yen: 660 yen
From 100,000 yen to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen

●Payment to the delivery company is cash only.
● "Payment total amount" is the amount including the above cash-on-delivery fee.
●If the order amount is 50,000 yen or more, we may ask you to pay in advance.

Many of the items we sell are handmade and each item is unique. Please understand in advance that handmade products have a different concept of good quality than mass-produced products, and mass-produced products have a rich expression of individual differences as B products. We sell products that have cleared the standards of the manufacturer and our store before they are sold, but if you are concerned about individual differences in handmade products, we will send you an email with the actual product before shipping. If you wish to do so, please contact us. If you wish to exchange the item after delivery due to a difference in the image, etc., we will accept it only once if there is stock. Returns and exchanges due to defects at our store
If there is a mistake in sending the product due to our mishandling, we will respond as soon as possible. Please contact us by e-mail in advance within 7 days of delivery.

About damage during delivery

If the product arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged product and a photo of the cardboard we sent you within 7 days of delivery. If we have it in stock, we will send you a replacement, otherwise we will refund your money. In addition, the delivery company will pick up the damaged item and the cardboard box from the customer, so please keep the damaged item, the cardboard box that was sent at the time of shipping, and all the packing materials.
