These warm pieces are carefully hand-carved with an emphasis on the texture of the wood. They are created with an awareness of giving form to ``trees,'' which have been familiar to people since ancient times and have been a sacred presence. It is also attractive that it becomes more flavorful over time and can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
