Chihiro Kiln

Shodai ware has a history of over 400 years in northern Kumamoto Prefecture. As a maker of Shodai ware in Arao City, he uses Shodai clay, which contains a lot of iron and pebbles, and uses straw to make the glaze. While protecting it, it is made with the aim of creating a shape that matches the modern style and is loved by the user.
