As each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, thickness, size, weight, glaze unevenness/pooling, stone chips, slight wobbling, and patterns/designs. Additionally, some items may have variations in glaze application, crazing, pinholes, or iron spots (black dots), but these do not affect their use. Please enjoy these as unique characteristics of handmade craftsmanship. While you cannot choose which specific item you will receive, we hope you look forward to its arrival. | 〇To ensure long-lasting use, we recommend performing "medome" (sealing pores) before initial use. 〇For items with gold accents, please refrain from using them in the microwave. Also, be careful not to scrub too hard, as the gold may peel off. 〇We recommend washing with a neutral dish detergent and a soft sponge, without using abrasive cleaners. After washing, dry thoroughly before storing. |
