Beautiful and shining

This glass ornament of the zodiac snake is individually blown glass and studded with gold leaf, giving it a refined and elegant appearance.

To have a good year

The snake, which repeatedly sheds its skin, is reminiscent of "resurrection and rebirth," and has therefore been considered a symbol of immortality and longevity. The snake is also said to be a year of "fruit-bearing," as the character for "snake" (snake) and the character for "fruit" (fruit) are linked. By decorating with the animal of the year's zodiac sign, you can invite good fortune, pray for good health and protection from misfortune, and spend the year in a good way.

Blessed with money

In ancient India, snakes were considered messengers of Benzaiten, the goddess of wealth and fortune, and white snakes in particular were considered to be the incarnation of Benzaiten, and were therefore believed to bring good fortune and wealth.

Can continue to be displayed as a lucky charm

Snakes are a symbol of good luck. White snakes bring good luck in general, yellow (gold) snakes bring good luck in money, green snakes bring good luck in health, red snakes bring good luck in love, and blue snakes bring good luck in work and studies. Keep them on display not only for the year, but also after that to bring good luck.

Recommended maintenance methods and precautions from Gokurakuji Glass Studio
*Glass is easily scratched, so soak a soft sponge thoroughly in neutral detergent and then wash it gently.
After washing, immediately wipe off any moisture with a cloth. If you dry it while it is still wet, it may develop water stains.
*This is not heat-resistant glass. Please do not pour boiling water into it or disinfect it with boiling water.
*Please avoid strong impacts, microwaves, and dishwashers as they may cause scratches or damage.

Understanding "Glass"
〇Since each item is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, size, thickness, weight, and pattern.
Depending on the product, small air bubbles, inclusions, scratches, rattling, and distortions may be found due to the manufacturing process. Please understand that these are unique to handmade products and enjoy them.
*We process the product images to make them as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors and textures may appear different depending on the display screen of your computer or smartphone.
*Our store not only inspects products from manufacturers, kilns, workshops and artists, but also delivers products that have passed final inspection at our store.

*The product photos are sample shots, so the items you receive will not be identical in every detail.
* We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please understand and agree before making a purchase.
We hope you enjoy the "flavor," "texture," and "interestingness" that can only come from something handmade and not mass-produced in a factory!
