Recommended care and precautions from Hahamiya

〇No need to season before use.
〇Avoid using the microwave for items with overglaze decoration. Sometsuke items are fine for reheating purposes.

〇After washing, dry thoroughly before storing.

 Understanding "Utsuwa" (Vessels)
〇Due to their handmade nature, there are individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, and weight. Additionally, even with the same glaze and clay, there may be color variations and unevenness.
〇As each piece is hand-painted, the expressions may vary.
〇Depending on the manufacturing process, some products may have small holes, small black dots, hairline scratches, protrusions, pinholes, wobbling, or distortions.
〇While we strive to process product images to be as close to the actual color as possible, the color and texture may appear different depending on the display screen of your computer or smartphone.
〇At our store, we deliver products that have passed not only the inspection of the manufacturer, kiln, and artist, but also our final inspection.
〇Product photos are sample shots, so the item you receive will not be identical in every detail.
〇We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences. Please understand and acknowledge this before purchasing.
〇We hope you will enjoy the "flavor" and "interest" unique to handmade items, which are not found in mass-produced factory goods!
