Toshiyuki Haramura
2007 Fascinated by the charm of Hizen porcelain, such as Ko-Imari and Nabeshima, he studied at a pottery school and under artists in Arita, Saga Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese porcelain.
2010 Became independent and started pottery making in Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture. Primarily creates porcelain tableware, including white, pale blue, and sometsuke (underglaze blue).

Recommended Care Instructions and Precautions from Toshiyuki Haramura

〇Although we use both wheel-throwing and press-molding, subtle distortions may occur due to the handmade nature of the product. Pieces made with press-molding tend to be more susceptible to distortion, but we hope you will enjoy this as part of their handmade charm.
〇The body uses porcelain clay. Porcelain is non-absorbent, so there is no need for boiling or other sealing methods before first use. You can use it as is. Also, black spots (iron particles) contained in the clay may appear on the surface.
〇Please avoid using microwave ovens and ovens. Although the probability is low, cracking may occur depending on the usage conditions.
〇When removing stains such as tea rings, we recommend using kitchen bleach.
