lovely slip-trailed decoration
Slip-trailed decoration technique involves putting slurry (liquid clay) into a special dropper and squeezing it out to draw a pattern. After painting the flowers with slip-trailed decoration, a colored glaze is applied to create a warm appearance.
Ivory with flowers
In order to bring out the soft matte atmosphere of the glaze without damaging the color of the painting, it is baked in an oxidizing firing that takes a long time by sending enough air into the kiln.
It's also nice to put a mug and use it as a saucer.
Because each piece is handmade, there are individual differences in color shade, shape, size, thickness, weight, deflection and distortion, glaze unevenness, glaze pools, burnt color, and patterns.
