A super cute little earthenware pot chopstick rest

This adorable and cute mini earthenware pot is reminiscent of a play kitchen set. Just looking at it will bring a smile to your face.

A cute pot lid that looks like a pointed hat

The cute, swirly pattern of white and slightly faded moss green creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The simple, subdued colors and pattern make it easy to coordinate with other tableware. It's approximately 3.3cm deep, so you can fit a little more condiments and side dishes. The overall feel is smooth and soft, but the knobs and handles have a rough, terracotta finish.

As a condiment holder

The lid pops open, so you can put one serving of condiments inside, such as green onion, sesame seeds, ginger, wasabi, or grated radish, and use it as a chopstick rest. You can also line them up on the table so that everyone can share, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.

Also great for snack breaks

It fits perfectly for storing sugar or sugar cubes. You can also place spoons and sugar tongs on the handle, making it look cute and soothing. When eating bread, adding jam or butter and placing it on a plate makes it stylish and uplifting.

Because each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in the design, color, shade, shape, size, weight, and unevenness of the glaze. Furthermore, depending on the degree of glaze application and the characteristics of the clay, each piece will have its own unique appearance, including the degree of coloration, crazing, pinholes, and iron powder (black spots). Please rest assured that this does not affect the use of the piece. We hope you will enjoy the unique flavor and individuality of handmade items. While you cannot choose which item you will receive, we hope you will look forward to receiving it. If you have any concerns, please contact us before shipping and we will email you a photo.

Recommended care methods and precautions from Naoko Ikemoto

〇Do not use dishwashing detergent, but seal the pores before use (boil in rice-washing water, allow the pot or other container to cool naturally, then remove the container, wipe with a cloth and dry thoroughly). 〇When using over an open flame or in an oven, food is likely to burn, so boiling in a pot with baking soda will make it easier to remove dirt. Depending on the level of dirt and how it has been used, it may not be possible to remove it completely. Thank you for your understanding.

Understanding of "Utsuwa"
Because each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, weight, etc. Also, even with the same glaze and clay, there will be uneven color and shading.
〇Since each piece is painted by hand, the expression may vary.
Depending on the product, small holes, small black spots, scratches, protrusions, pinholes, rattles, and distortions may be found due to the manufacturing process.
〇We have processed the product images to make them as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors and textures may appear different depending on the display screen of your computer or smartphone.
〇Our store not only inspects products from manufacturers, kilns, and artists, but also delivers products that have passed final inspection at our store.
*Product photos are sample shots, so the items you receive may not be identical in every detail.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please understand this before purchasing.
We hope you enjoy the unique "flavor" and "interestingness" of handmade products that you won't find in mass-produced products from factories!
