A Quiet Presence Evoking Wabi-Sabi

These vessels, as if embodying the flow of time, radiate a warmth where past and present beautifully intertwine. While fundamentally Japanese in style, they also possess the substantiality of Western antiques, and their serene beauty seems to quietly stand still within time.

"Eating" is an act of living, and at the same time, a joyful moment that adds color to life. Each piece is carefully crafted with the desire to make the food served on it look even more delicious and to shape the very atmosphere of the dining table.

The beautiful openwork carvings exude a certain transience. Light and shadow softly intermingle through the vessel, allowing you to appreciate its delicate expressions depending on the viewing angle and the intensity of the light. The tasteful white base is created by "carbonization firing." By firing with charcoal, the subtle variations of carbon are reflected in the glaze, gently imprinting a unique landscape onto the surface of the vessel.

It gently complements an ordinary breakfast table and subtly adds elegance to a special, exciting day. As if casting a gentle spell, it softly envelops the unassuming scenes of daily life, transforming everyday moments into slightly happier ones.

As each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, size, weight, thickness, glaze unevenness, pooling of glaze, and subtle variations in impression. Additionally, the degree of firing color, pinholes, and iron spots (black dots) will vary depending on how the glaze is applied, resulting in unique expressions for each piece. Please rest assured that these do not affect usability. We hope you will enjoy these as the unique charm and individuality of handmade items.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us before shipping, and we will email you separate photos.

 Understanding "Tableware"
〇Because each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, and weight. Also, even with the same glaze and clay, there will be color unevenness and shading.
〇Since each painting is also hand-drawn, the expressions may vary.
〇Depending on the product and manufacturing process, small holes, small black spots, scratches, protrusions, pinholes, wobbles, or distortions may be observed.
〇While we strive to process product images to be as close to the actual color as possible, the color and texture may appear different depending on your computer or smartphone display.
〇We deliver products that have passed not only the inspections of the manufacturer, kiln, or artist but also our final inspection.
〇Product photos are sample shots, so the item you receive will not be identical in every detail.
〇We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences. We ask for your understanding and acceptance before purchasing.
〇We hope you will enjoy the "flavor" and "interest" unique to handmade items, which are not found in mass-produced factory goods!
