deep calm green

For dishes other than gratin
The depth is about 3.5 cm. You can enjoy various dishes such as doria, lasagna, quiche, ajillo, grilled potato with pollack roe cheese, etc. It seems that there will be a lot of turns, such as for one person or for cooking separately.
Since it is heat resistant, it can be used in both open flames and ovens.
It's a heat-resistant vessel, so I'm happy that I can put it on an open fire or an oven. However, as with all vessels, it is vulnerable to sudden temperature changes and may crack or break, so please avoid rapid cooling or rapid heating.
