Delicate Beauty and Cuteness
The breathtaking beauty of slipware, with its delicate yet bold compositions, catches the eye, while the gently soothing ducks dyed with faint, soft-textured washi paper and the richly colored, lovely painted designs bring happiness. It’s hard to believe that such a diverse range of stories could come from a single creator.
As the saying goes, "pottery grows as you use it." These pieces deepen in character and subtly change expression with daily use. They are vessels that gently enrich your life, accompanying you through the passing of time.
The colors that bleed through the washi paper gently blend into the clay, creating a warm and soft texture. Just looking at the expressions of the subtly blooming plants brings a sense of peace to the heart.
With subdued colors and a modern, graceful presence, there's a nostalgic feel, yet every glance brings a new discovery. Simply placing them on your everyday table naturally relaxes your mind and brings calm and happy moments.
As each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, thickness, size, weight, glaze unevenness/pooling, stone chips, slight wobbling, and patterns/designs. Additionally, some pieces may show variations in glaze application, crazing, pinholes, or iron spots (black dots), but these do not affect their use. Please enjoy these as unique expressions of handmade craftsmanship. We cannot accommodate requests for specific pieces, but we hope you will look forward to what arrives. | 〇 To ensure longevity, we recommend pre-treatment (medome) before use. 〇 For items with gold decoration, please avoid using the microwave. Also, be careful as vigorous washing may cause the gold to peel. 〇 We recommend washing with a soft sponge and neutral dish detergent, without using abrasive cleaners. After washing, please dry thoroughly before storing. |
