Gentle and soft
This adorable doll exudes warmth and gentleness. Just looking at the soft, pale colors of this doll will warm your heart and make you feel relaxed.

Sparkling eyes
Just looking at the sharp and lively face makes you feel happy. The painting is done after the underpainting, which increases the transparency and depth, showing off beautiful colors and a rich expression.

Traditional Kyoto style
Since it is a "Kyoto Hina", the dolls are displayed on the left and the Emperor on the right. In the case of "Kanto Hina", the Emperor is displayed on the left and the Empress on the right. It is interesting to see how the dolls are displayed differently depending on the region.

It's small enough to fit in your hand.

It also comes with a stylish and lovely rug and a cute flower stands

Since each piece is handmade, there are individual differences in color tone, shape, size, thickness, weight, warping and distortion, uneven glaze, glaze pools, firing color, and differences in patterns and designs. In addition, each piece has a different appearance, such as pinholes and iron powder (black spots). Please rest assured that this does not affect the use of the piece. Please enjoy the unique expressions that can only be achieved through handmade products. You cannot choose which item you will receive, but we hope you will look forward to receiving it. If you are interested, please contact us before shipping and we will email you a photo separately.

*There is no need to seal the porcelain before use. *Please refrain from using a microwave oven for overglaze painted items. For blue and white items, it should be fine to just warm them up. |
Understanding of "Utsuwa" |
*Because each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, weight, etc. Also, even with the same glaze and clay, there will be uneven color and shading. *Each piece is hand painted, so the expression may vary. Depending on the product, small holes, small black spots, scratches, protrusions, pinholes, rattling, and distortions may be found due to the manufacturing process. *We process the product images to make them as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors and textures may appear different depending on the display screen of your computer or smartphone. *In addition to inspection by the manufacturer, kiln, and artist, we only deliver products that have passed final inspection at our store. *The product photos are sample shots, so the items you receive will not be identical in every detail. * We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please understand and agree before making a purchase. We hope you enjoy the unique "flavor" and "interestingness" that can only come from something handmade, not mass-produced in a factory! |
