The warmth of Mashiko lives on
Mashiko's traditional glazes have a deep expression like the richness of nature, and give you a sense of warmth that relaxes your mind. It's like a gentle breeze reaching deep into your heart.

The shape that has been handed down since ancient times is nostalgic and has a calm appearance that gives a sense of security. They are carefully made to fit comfortably in the hand and are easy to use, with a particular focus on the texture of a handmade product.

Polka dots, stripes, borders, etc., all feature modern and playful designs. The simple form is accented with a unique look, adding a subtle touch of color to your daily dining table.

The tableware that captures the charm of the Mashiko earth becomes more familiar to the hand the more you use it, and before you know it, it has become an indispensable part of your daily dinner table. Not only is it a useful tool, it also brings you small joys and excitement that warm your heart.

Since each piece is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, size, weight, uneven glaze, glaze pools, and glaze shrinkage. Also, some pieces may have differences in the amount of glaze applied, fading, pinholes, or iron powder (black spots), but this does not affect their use. Please enjoy them as they are unique expressions that can only be achieved through handmade products. You cannot choose which item you will receive, but we hope you will look forward to receiving it. If you are interested, please contact us before shipping and we will email you a photo separately, so please feel free to contact us.

*Because each piece is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, weight, etc. Also, even with the same glaze and clay, there will be uneven color and shading. *Each piece is hand painted, so the expression may vary. Depending on the product, small holes, small black spots, scratches, protrusions, pinholes, rattling, and distortions may be found due to the manufacturing process. *We process the product images to make them as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors and textures may appear different depending on the display screen of your computer or smartphone. *In addition to inspection by the manufacturer, kiln, and artist, we only deliver products that have passed final inspection at our store. *The product photos are sample shots, so the items you receive will not be identical in every detail. * We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please understand and agree before making a purchase. We hope you enjoy the unique "flavor" and "interestingness" that can only come from something handmade, not mass-produced in a factory! |
